How to make Vanilla Cupcakes with a Chocolate Buttercream Frosting 🧁

For the Cupcake batter
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1/2t baking powder
1/2t baking soda
1/2t cinnamon
1/4t salt
2 eggs
3/4 cup coconut suger
1/2 stick butter
1 zucchini peeled and finely grated
Mix all together
Pour into cupcake liners ( I love the reusable silicone ones)
Bake about 20 minutes @325
For chocolate cupcakes just add 2T cocoa powder to the mix ;)
