Vegan, Blueberry, and Lemon Cupcakes — They are Simply Fresh and Zingy Delicious!

These cupcakes are so moist and good they won’t last long!
Ingredients:
- 3 cups flour
- 2t baking powder
- 1t baking soda
- 1/2 stick vegan butter
- 3 T olive oil
- 1/2 cup non dairy yogurt
- 1/2 brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 cup almond milk
- Zest and juice of one lemon 🍋
- Splash of vanilla
- 1 1/3 cup frozen blueberries 🫐
Mix all together
Then add blueberries
Bake @ 350 for 15–20 q minutes
Makes 18 cupcakes 🧁
Let cool
Frosting:
- 1/2 stick vegan butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup non dairy heavy whipping cream
